This program focuses on the key foundations your body needs to heal - nervous system regulation, restorative movement, improving sleep, and hormonal health, while helping you build sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle long-term.

Gut Health Reset

The 6-Week Gut Health Reset is designed to help you restore your gut health, rebalance your body and build lasting health from within. In this program, you will learn how blood sugar regulation, digestion, inflammation, hydration, detoxification, nervous system health and micronutrients all influence your gut and overall wellbeing. By supporting the gut–body connection, this program aims to improve your energy, mental clarity, mood and digestion while helping you create sustainable habits that support long-term health.

12-Week SIGNATURE PROGRAMS

Knowledge is a powerful foundation for making everyday choices that support long-term health and wellbeing, and I believe everyone deserves access to that foundation. My 12-week Signature Programs are designed to provide bite-sized education, supportive structure, and the space to move at your own pace, with guidance and coaching support throughout your journey, wherever you may be starting from.

Each program includes weekly modules designed to be completed one module per week, access to a private support community, weekly group coaching calls, and additional resources to help support you throughout the 12-week experience.

THE HABIT TRANSFORMATION METHOD

The Habit Transformation Method is designed to help you break free from unhealthy autopilot and create habits that truly support your health and wellbeing. Rather than chasing perfection or quick fixes, this program focuses on small, intentional changes that build consistency over time.

You’ll learn how habits are formed, why they often don’t stick and how to gently reshape them in a way that fits your real life. Each week guides you through focused, practical steps to release unhelpful patterns and build sustainable routines without pressure or overwhelm.
