Knowledge is great foundation for everyday decision making that can support health and wellbeing. I want to offer this foundation to everyone. My 12-week Signature programs are designed to provide bite size education, structure, space to move at your own pace with coaching support regardless of where you are at now, as long as you are ready to start taking control of your health.
Each 12-week Signature program includes weekly modules designed to be accessed as ONE module per week, access to private community support group and additional helpful resources to support you during the program.
I offer flexible approach - you can move at your own pace and complete the program independently with additional workbook guidance, extra resources and access to private group support. OR - Add an Optional Group coaching pack (12x weekly 60 min group coaching call) if you want more real-time support to keep the momentum going. Choose the level of support that feels right for you.

The Habit Transformation Method is designed to help you break free from unhealthy autopilot and create habits that truly support your health and wellbeing. Rather than chasing perfection or quick fixes, this program focuses on small, intentional changes that build consistency over time.
You’ll learn how habits are formed, why they often don’t stick and how to gently reshape them in a way that fits your real life.
